- Entrance area, entrance area to the garage or garden terrace: Wash the doors as required, vacuum-clean the entrance area, clean the windows, clean the letterbox.

- Horizontal surfaces: Horizontal surfaces of the furniture (up to 1.60 m high), if cleared, the lower horizontal window leg, if accessible to the cleaning staff, should be damp cleaned. Higher horizontal surfaces of the furniture (up to 1.60 m high), if cleared, should be damp cleaned once a month.
- Chairs, stools and steps: Visible soiling on steps, stools and chairs, if cleared, is removed. Once a month, damp clean all sides of chairs and stools, if they have been cleared.
- Upholstered furniture: Vacuum the upholstered surfaces, as far as they have been cleared. Frames, feet and castors should be damp cleaned once a month.
- Wall switches / sockets: Clean handle marks and visible dirt.
- Tables: Damp clean tables if they have been cleared to suit the material.
- Cabinets: On cabinets, remove any visible soiling and handle marks.
- Doors, door frames, handles and fittings: Remove handle marks and visible soiling from doors. Damp clean doors, door frames, handles and fittings on both sides.
- Desks: As far as possible clean the surfaces according to the material with a damp cloth. Once a month, also clean the side parts moistly according to the material.
- showcases: are cleaned inside and outside as required.
- Partition walls: Freely accessible or unadjusted partition walls are wet cleaned to room height.

- Other washable walls: Remove grip marks, splashes and stains up to 2m high.

- Balcony and glazing, outdoor terrace: Vacuum cleaning, wet cleaning of floors, cleaning of balcony railings, cleaning of glass fixtures, wet wiping of tables and chairs, emptying of litter bins and ashtrays outside (only for use during the warm season, April – October)
- Windows: Clean window frames, window sills, blind on both sides, clean fittings and crank rods, oil wooden blinds.
- Ashtrays: Empty ashtrays and clean them damp.
- Residual waste container: Empty the residual waste container and dispose of it in an environmentally friendly way, put fresh bags in. Clean the containers with a wet cloth. Collect recyclable materials separately from residual waste. Collect residual waste in bags and dispose of in the containers provided.
- Waste baskets: Empty wastebaskets and dispose of contents. If necessary, but at least once a month, clean wastebaskets with a damp cloth.
- Stair railing: Clean stair railing damp according to the material.
